Sunday, March 16th, 2008--Drive "Pecos Trail Loop"
Where: Hill Country surrounding San Antonio

Come join us for a nice drive "way out west". Drive along the Pecos Trail to Junction. Most all the roads are not so twisty and smooth, should be a nice relaxing trip. See the specifics below:

Itinerary:

8 AM - Breakfast Jim's at 1604 and Bandera Road
9 AM - Head out 1604 south to Hwy 90. Head west on Hwy 90 to Uvalde.

Approx. 85 miles

10:30 AM - Break in Uvalde
10:45 AM - Head up Hwy 55 to Rocksprings through Camp Wood. Approx. 69 miles
11:50 AM - Optional quick break
12:00 noon - Head to Junction along the Pecos Trail. Approx. 47 miles
12:45 PM - Break if none since Uvalde. Head East on IH10 towards Kerrville. 54 miles to Kerrville
1:30 PM - Arrive Kerrville for Lunch - Mamacitas? Any suggestions for a restaurant?2:45 PM - leave Kerrville and head home. Approx. 43 miles
3:30 PM - arrive 1604 and IH10

Total miles: Approx 300 miles
