The car's name is "Nimble" -- a 2002 Boxster S
running Bridgestone Potenza RE01R tires with everything else stock except the
roll bar extension, a B&M short shifter, six point harness, and a
de-snorkled air intake. The car is probably a little faster with the top
up, but having the top down is half the fun. I pity all the non-cabriolet
Porsche owners. They miss out on the wind, the noise, and the smells of
the track. Nothing like drafting behind a 911 in a tight corner and
getting a whiff of half burned fuel, oil, and the unmistakeable odors of hot
brakes and scrubbing tires. Man, that's living. Makes you want to go
faster, and sure as heck beats golf!
