Welcome to the Longhorn Region of the Porsche Club of America. We provide our members with an opportunity to enjoy the company of other Porsche-lovers and their cars at social and sporting events. We have drives through the Texas Hill Country and surrounding areas about six times a year, autocrosses three to four times a year, monthly dinner meetings, and a weekly racers lunch called "Lies and Fries" and other special events throughout the year.
December Concours and Toys for Tots Drive
Hi Everyone! The holidays are upon us and since we had to cancel our annual Christmas party and Toys for Tots drive, we are partnering with Porsche of San Antonio on Saturday, December 5th to hold a "touchless" Concours and Toys for Tots drive (see attached flyer).
With the pandemic, this year the need to toys will be greater than ever. Even if you don't plan to participate in the Concours, come by and catch up with old, and some new, friends. So wear your mask and bring a new, unwrapped toy! And if you cannot attend but want to donate a toy, call me at 830-438-0471 and I'll arrange to pick up your toy. Hope to see you all there!
COVID-19 and Longhorn Region Events
Hope you all are healthy and getting through this crazy year. COVID isn’t going away, but neither is the Longhorn PCA. Unfortunately, we have had to cancel our monthly dinners, and that will likely continue through the end of the year.
We are continuing with drives and as the venue’s open up, we will continue with autocrosses and track familiarization. Check the calendar below and linked from the menu above for upcoming events.
We continue to have a small group for our weekly Wednesday club lunches at StoneWerks (Blanco and 1604). Come out and join us if you feel comfortable eating out right now. Stay safe and see you on the road!
